These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications (“apps”) created and provided by me, Firat Tamur, an indie developer. By downloading, installing, or using any of my apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use my apps.

Use of My Apps

You may use my apps solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You agree not to:

  • Use the apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the apps.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks connected to the apps.
  • Upload, share, or transmit any content that infringes the rights of others, including privacy, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights.

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the apps if you violate these Terms.

User Content

Some of my apps allow you to upload, create, or share content (such as images, audio recordings, text, etc.).

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the right to upload and share such content.
  • Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

I retain ownership of your content, and you grant me a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content solely for the purpose of operating and improving my apps.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in my apps and their content (including your submitted content) are owned by me, Firat Tamur, or my licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use my apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our apps.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Disclaimers

My apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

I do not warrant that:

  • The apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
  • Any defects will be corrected.
  • The apps will meet your expectations or requirements.

You use my apps at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, Firat Tamur, will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, revenues, or data
  • Any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) my apps

My total liability for any claim related to my apps will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for using the app.

Updates and Changes

I may update, modify, or discontinue parts of my apps at any time without notice. I may also revise these Terms occasionally. The updated Terms will become effective when posted. Your continued use of the apps after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Third Party Services

Some apps may integrate or link to third-party services. I am not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.

Termination

I may suspend or terminate your access to my apps at any time, with or without notice, if I believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
